Documents Required:
- Written Partnership Deed on a Rs. 1200 non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 2,000 in Sindh)
- Filled Form 1/A
- Bank Challan
- Rent Agreement for Office in a Commercial Area with Proof
- CNICs of All Partners and Witnesses (Two Witnesses)
- Affidavit Regarding Accuracy of Submitted Papers
- Copy of All Above Documents Notarized by a Notary Public
- Certificate from Office of the Registrar of Firms (after a week)
- Apply for a National Tax Number (NTN)
- Open a Bank Account in the Name of the Partnership and Proceed with Other Registrations like STRN/GST
